Your manager or HR will meet you on the first day. A very important person to meet on the first day is your onboarding buddy.<\/span><\/p>\n

You will get a company-issued laptop and all access passes will become available for use.<\/span><\/p>\n

There will be a lunch scheduled with your team in your first week and a range of other meetings set up in your calendar to meet your important stakeholders. You will participate in an HR introduction session to get to know all local policies and procedures and also to learn more about our culture and ways of working. <\/span><\/p>\n

You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, seek clarification, and address any concerns you may have. It’s a good idea to jot down questions as they come up and seek answers from your manager, buddy, or HR.<\/span><\/p>\n
